When is unblock my deposit after I return a car?

- Deposit is always unblock in day of car return. Process of unblock usually takes several working days.

Entry abroad

Can I travel out of Czech Republic with a car?

- With a car is permit to travel out of Czech Republic into Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland for a charge of EUR 42.35 / rental. Other countries are not allowed.

Credit/debit card

Can I use my debit card for a deposit?

- Yes, we accept embossed credit/debit cards. Deposit is always 800 EUR on main driver's card.

International driver licence

Have to I own international driver licence?

- Your driver licence with english translate is OK for rental but according the law you are supposed to have also international driving license.

Where can I find your office at Main railway station?

- The office is at groundfloor of Main hall of railway station.

Insurance

What insurance include a rental price?

- The rental price already include full cover insurance with complicity up to 800 EUR in case of damage.

Full insurance

Can I buy full cover insurance with zero complicity?

- The full cover insurance with zero complicity in case of damage can be add for 15 EUR + VAT/day at the desk.
